You have the opportunity to buy tickets and win a good prize, (and support the Club) even if you can’t attend the Challenge.

If you would like tickets for yourself, or are able to do your bit to help out by selling tickets to work mates or friends etc., please let me know by email (challenge@tlcc.com.au) and I will post some to you.

Payment can be made by direct deposit into the Club’s bank account

Account Name: Toyota Land Cruiser Club of Australia Account No: 054483010 BSB: 112 879

** Please be sure to include your full name, telephone number and your Club Membership Number.

Please also send an email to me letting me know that you have deposited some money for Raffle Tickets, and the name you would like on the tickets.

I will write out the tickets for you, put the stubs in the barrel, and post the tickets to you. Alternatively I can send books of tickets for you to sell.

You can email your question to challenge@tlcc.com.au

Absolutely, like many of the registered clubs, TLCC is a family orientated club and as a result will host a fun-filled family orientated weekend.

Only if you are a member of TLCC – But that’s easy and there are loads of other advantages as well. To find out more check out the membership page or email membership@tlcc.com.au for any further information.

That’s a great question and more importantly, can they do it again. Take a look at the previous years' results to see which team is the one to beat.

Spectator’s tickets to the Willowglen 4x4 Challenge are available now online from $TBA for a day visit ticket or $TBA for a weekend ticket (including booking fee and transaction fee).  Click on the link.

Tickets are also available at the gate from midday on Friday 4th October 2019. Weekend camping passes are $TBA per person (cash only). Day tickets are $TBA per person (cash only). Children aged under 15 enter free if accompanied by a family adult.

Everything you need to make the weekend comfortable including your own drinking water. There is no water on the Willowglen Property and no power. During the event, food & drinks will be sold by the local Tarago Sporting Association (TSA) with all proceeds remaining in the local community. Toilets are onsite and campfires can be made (regulations permitting). Finally, help us keep Willowglen clean – Whatever you bring in with you – please take home with you. Garbage bags will be provided to you on entry to the property and will be throughout the competition areas.

Entry fee per competing vehicle is $240 (including the reserve vehicle if you choose to include one as part of your team). The fee includes entry to Willowglen for a driver & navigator and partners (4 people in all), your competition entry fees, and camping fees. The total fee payable for a team of 4 vehicles is $960. Entry fee is payable by cheque made out to “Toyota Land Cruiser Club of Australia”.

A team is made up of four vehicles each with a nominated Driver and a Navigator as well as a non-competing Team Manager. All team members must be members of the same registered 4WD club.

TLCC property ‘Willowglen’ is located near Tarago some 40 minutes south of Goulburn, NSW. On the weekend, direction signs are posted along the road giving directions to the Challenge from Tarago. Importantly, you don’t need a 4WD to get there. The property and car parks can be accessed by 2WD.

This is important from an Event Management perspective. It is essential that the Event Management has access to a representative (ie the Team Manager) of the club at all times during the competition. This is not possible if the Team Manager is a competitor.
