This weekend course will allow you to create a personal 4x4 fitness routine. On a trip, we spend days sitting in the car then nights camping out. This course helps you keep your long-suffering body fit, flexible and well balanced.
Four one-hour sessions on the Saturday take you through the components to design your trip fitness routine. On the Sunday morning, you get to test run the full sequence so you can fine tune your personal program. Course is free and run by Ken Ryan who is a qualified Gym Instructor, Personal Trainer and TLCC member. Limit is 16 adult participants. Info sheet will be emailed to those who register.
Please Note: To ensure the exercises do not compromise any health conditions you may have, participants will need to complete an industry standard screening form prior to the weekend, and you will need to sign your informed consent before commencing the classes. Your health & personal information will be kept confidential.
Bookings close on 19 February to allow the trainer time to contact you before the course starts.
Membership Application fees are prorated over the TLCC’s financial year which runs from the 1st November to 31st October each year.
