Enjoy Easter at Koolandilly – what could be better than camping for free at our Club's beautiful property on the Wollondilly River. And best of all – there will be lots of fun activities and games and a special visit from you know who… the Easter Bunny. Members may invite guests. 

Camp at your leisure or come up to the shed to meet other Club Members and their families. 

• On Saturday afternoon Easter craft and activities will be provided for the kids.
• Bring the kids back on Saturday evening with their blanket and pillow for Movie night – there will be a few treats to enjoy.
• On Sunday morning the kids with be so excited as the Easter bunny hops into camp after leaving some special surprises in the most mysterious of places..
• One, two, three… treasure hunt those Easter eggs…yippee!!!
• There will be fun and games for all ages on Sunday morning.
• Hot crossed buns for morning tea and a family sausage sizzle for Sunday lunch..

BYO plates, cutlery, camp chairs and table, your own drinks (juice will be provided at the lunch), and your own food and supplies for other meals. Oh and don’t forget your swimmers to play around in the river

If you are coming along please think about volunteering to help out with activities or food preparation. Social events like this can only run if members are willing to step up and help. If you can volunteer please email Debbie social@tlcc.com.au

Members are reminded:

• To re-read the Club By-laws including those specific to the use of Club properties
• New members must have completed all 3 modules of driver training prior to the event
• BYO firewood and only use existing fireplaces. Freestanding BYO above ground fire pits are permitted provided ash is tipped into existing fireplaces
• Members must drive their guest’s vehicle into and out of Koolandilly

Please only include persons covered by your membership ie partner and children 16 years and under on this booking form.

If you are bringing a Guest, you must complete a Guest Booking Form even if the guest is travelling in your vehicle.

If you have adult children 17 years and above who wish to attend please fill out a Guest Booking Form

If guests are bringing their own cars you will receive a Guest Pass which must be displayed on the dashboard of the guest's vehicle at all times.

If you are coming along please think about volunteering to help out in one of the activities. Helping kids with their craft activities, helping to organise the kids during the games, tossing a sausage on the BBQ, setting up or cleaning up. Social events like Easter run because Club Members are willing to step up and help out.
