Event Details

Our booking system has changed – please read through Making Bookings to TLCC Social Events prior to completing this form. There are specific instructions on making guest bookings. 


Bring your kids and camping gear for a fun weekend at Wollondilly River. The event is free for members and $10 per guest; kids under 5 are free.

Weekend Highlights

  • Saturday AM: Decorate the shed and Christmas tree.
  • Saturday PM: Crafts, Mini-Olympics and Santa’s gift visit!
  • 6 PM: Christmas dinner, festive table prizes, and social time.
  • Sunday: Relax and explore the property.

What to Bring

  • Plates, cutlery, camp chairs, table.
  • Drinks (juice provided at dinner).
  • Table decorations and festive outfits.
  • Food for other meals.
  • Swimmers for river fun.

Santa Gifts

  • Register children. Please provide names, age, gender for all children. 
  • Santa gifts only for registered member children (12 & under). 
  •  Guest children (12 & under): Bring a labelled gift (max $20) for Santa.

Volunteering

  • We count on everyone to pitch in—please sign up early to choose your preferred task before roles are assigned.

Member Reminders

  • Review Club By-laws and property rules.
  • New members must have completed all 3 driver training modules.
  • BYO firewood; use existing fireplaces only.
  • Freestanding fire pits allowed—dispose of ash in fireplaces.
  • Members must drive guests’ vehicles in/out of Koolandilly.

Booking Info

  • Only include partner and kids (16 & under) on member form.
  • Guests require to be booked in — even if they are in your vehicle.
  • Your adult children must be booked in as guests.
  • Guest vehicles will receive a Guest Pass which must be displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle at all times.

Deadlines

  • Santa gift list closes: 8th Nov 2025. 
  • All bookings close: 22nd Nov 2025.
  • Late bookings: (8th –22nd Nov): Must bring own Santa gifts
