Gather your kids and your camping gear and come along, stay the weekend and enjoy our Clubs beautiful property on the banks of the Wollondilly River.
Our Club's annual Children’s Christmas Party will be loads of fun.  And best of all – NO COST.

The program will follow:
In the morning we will get in the mood by decorating the shed and our Christmas tree.
There will be some craft for early arrivers, as everyone gets to know each other.
From early afternoon we will embark on an afternoon of fun… games and more craft.
Mid afternoon families can set up their tables and get to decorating them in preparation for a visit from Santa who will be bringing gifts – yippee!!
Dinner at 6pm will be followed by prizes for the most festive tables, a kids Christmas movie and finally supper.
Sunday morning – free range roaming – enjoy our property

You need to:

• Book  – tell us how many children, gender and ages
• Bring  – your own drinks – cordial / juice will be provided at the dinner
• Bring  – your own cutlery, camp chairs and table
• Bring  – Christmas table decorations for your family's table and dress festive !!
• Bring  – your own food and supplies for other meals
• Bring  – your bathers – it may be hot enough to play in the river

*Please note that Santa can only distribute gifts to children of registered members aged 12 years and younger.
If other children (12 and under) are attending with members, please provide a labeled present to a maximum value of $20 to the Social Team before Santa arrives - to be included in the distribution.

To run this event successfully I would appreciate a few volunteers. This could involve any of the following - picking up supplies, assisting the children with craft activities and games, assisting Santa, helping to set up for dinner, serving dinner and dessert, setting up for kids movie.
